Bariatric Partners, Inc. is a well-funded organization that employs a highly-experienced senior management team.  With over 150 years' collective health care experience, members of our senior management team have founded or co-founded many successful health care companies including MedCath (Nasdaq: MDTH), the first specialty heart hospital chain developed with physician partnerships.

Bariatric Partners’ management team has extensive experience at forming and sustaining strong relationships with physician partners, and our solid track record for building success is built on a commitment to working with physician partners that are recognized as experts in their fields to achieve superior outcomes for the patient populations we serve.

Bruce joined Bariatric Partners in October, 2007, and has over twenty five years of experience in healthcare. Most recently he served as CFO/COO of Renal Ventures Management, LLC, a Colorado based company that joint ventures with physicians to own and operate outpatient kidney dialysis centers across the United States. During his tenure, the company grew from four centers to twenty one centers, while improving EBITDA margins five fold. Previously, Bruce served as CFO of two other Colorado based growth stage companies. ClearVision Laser Centers, Inc. developed and operated LASIK outpatient centers across the United States and, prior to its sale, was one of the largest privately held LASIK companies in the country. QualiCenters, Inc. developed and operated outpatient dialysis centers, similar to Renal Ventures, prior to its sale to a German based public company. Bruce also served as Treasurer of a multi-location Catholic health care system located in Colorado.

Bruce began his professional career with Ernst & Young in St. Louis and holds a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri-St Louis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
